Florence finally has pistachio desserts!

Good news: I found something delicious. ❤️ Bad news: I found it just as I was about to leave the country. I regret waiting until now to visit Finisterrae. 😍 In Florence, where desserts are highly homogeneous, Finisterrae is truly a breath of fresh air. Look for the pistachio mousse with the butterfly chocolate! Although it's a bit more rustic than French desserts, and the butterfly decoration is somewhat simple, and the pistachio glaze on top looks a bit unkempt, the aroma of the pistachios is incredibly intense. The concentration is so high that it still manages to maintain the mousse's absolute smoothness and airy texture, like a silky cloud of pistachio flavor. 👍 A small amount of pistachio paste is added to the center, as if proudly declaring, "Our pistachio flavor is just that strong!" But because it's added sparingly, the overall taste remains refreshingly light. The base is made of loose crumbs, which, when eaten with the soft and fluffy mousse, creates a wonderful contrast of textures and densities. It's truly delightful.
