Florence Food Diary: 40/100

šŸ“ **Degusteria Italiana** This is a truffle restaurant I’ve visited many times. It’s recommended by the Michelin Guide, so the prices are a bit higher than other places. If you prefer something more local, you can also try the nearby Trattoria Antica Fattore, which is equally delicious. 🄩 **BATTUTA DI FILETTO** (Photo 2) The moon-shaped tartare is quite stylish, featuring truffle and pistachio crumbs. While it’s not as flavorful as the traditional version, it’s all about the unique experience in a fine dining setting. šŸ³ **UOVO 62°** (Photo 6) Almost every dish here incorporates black truffle, and the eggs are no exception. This is a very special dish, and the combination of flavors is surprisingly good. šŸ **TAGLIOLINI AL TARTUFO NERO** (Photo 3) Highly recommended! The black truffle pasta is not greasy, and the creamy flavor of truffle and cheese is perfectly balanced. The portion size is also generous. 🄩 **FILETTO DI MANZO** (Photo 7) The beef fillet was incredibly tender on my first visit, but the quality dropped significantly on my second visit. It seems to depend on luck and the chef’s mood. 🦌 **CARRƈ DI CERVO** (Photo 1) The venison is as delicious as the beef fillet! It’s very tender, and the addition of truffle greatly enhances the flavor. Traditional venison can often be tough and dry, but this one is not. ā˜•ļø **AMERICANO** (Photo 8) This is the best Americano I’ve had in Florence—haha! Don’t order it here if you don’t want to be disappointed. ā˜•ļø **ESPRESSO** (Photo 9) A classic espresso with a very unique cup design. Google rating: 4.7/5 šŸ“ **Via Lambertesca, 7 Rosso, 50122 Firenze FI** Average cost: €70-80 #Florence #FlorenceFood #FlorenceRestaurants #FlorenceEats
