📍 Osteria delle Tre Panche ⚜️ One of my favorite restaurants in Florence, I've been to Tre Panche countless times. The food, scenery, ambiance, and service are all excellent. It's located on the top floor of Hotel Hermitage. 🍝 TAGLIOLINI AL TARTUFO This place is famous for its truffles, and almost all dishes can be made with truffles. You can choose between black or white truffle pasta. After trying both, I found each had its own unique charm. The sauce here is not greasy at all. The truffle season is generally from November to the end of January (the texture is more delicate during this time!). 🍝 TAGLIOLINI AL RAGÙ The pasta has a very smooth texture, not overcooked at all, and the sauce is great. The dishes here are basically impeccable. 🥩 TARTARE DI MANZO AL TARTUFO Even in Florence, it's hard to find outstanding tartare, but this place has the best I've tried so far. If you don't like truffles, you can order the regular tartare, but the truffle version is truly amazing. 🥩 FILETTO DI MANZO AL TARTUFO Obviously, steak is not the strong point here, but there has been improvement. If you just want to eat steak, I would recommend going to Trattorie. 🥬 SPINACI SALTATI A very healthy side dish. The spinach here is not bitter and ranks in the top 3 of all the spinach dishes I've tried. 🍰 TIRAMISÙ The tiramisu is incredibly delicious. Each layer is perfectly made, with just the right balance of cream and biscuits. It's truly flawless. 🍰 CHEESECAKE Even better than the tiramisu, this cheesecake is highly recommended by the chef and is, in my opinion, the best cheesecake in Florence. The warm, molten center in the middle is just amazing! 😋 As an Osteria, 🍷 the wine selection is, of course, excellent. The sommelier here is very professional and can pair different styles of wine with your dishes. We've tried Nebbiolo and Brunello di Montalcino here, with the latter being particularly outstanding and very representative of the Tuscan flavor. ☎️ Walk-ins usually won't have a table on the same day, so it's best to make a reservation in advance by phone.
