Florence Food Diary 48/100
📍 Parione ⚜️ This is a Florence T-bone steak restaurant located near the Florence train station. It's not very popular on social media, but it's more authentic than some of the more famous places. With fewer tourists, the quality is definitely higher. 🍝 TAGLIATELLE AL RAGÙ At a steakhouse, you usually just order steak, and this sauce is pretty standard—nothing particularly special. 🥩 BISTECCA ALLA FIORENTINA The main event of the day, a perfectly cooked medium-rare T-bone steak. It's described as a two-person portion, but honestly, it could easily feed three to four people. It comes with roasted potatoes and Italian Fagioli (beans), and is best enjoyed with the restaurant's own Tuscan olive oil. It's very filling, so if you order the steak, you won't need much else. 🥬 SPINACI SALTATI A standard side dish of sautéed spinach. It's nothing extraordinary, but it's a nice addition to the meal. 🍷 BOLGHERI · CAMPO AL MARE A good wine pairing for steak is essential. We chose the Bolgheri Campo al Mare, which is a great option if you enjoy Merlot. Google Rating: 4.6/5 📍 Via del Parione, 74/76 r, 50123 Firenze FI Average Cost: €50-60 (The T-bone steak here is a bit pricier at €95.) #Florence #FlorenceFood #FlorenceRestaurant #FlorenceTravel
