The menu features classic local home-cooked dishes, and the owner is incredibly funny! 🌟 Their most popular main course is Risotto in Forma —cheesy risotto that's creamy and delicious without being too rich. It's truly amazing! *Note: It's only available for groups of four or more.* 🍔 Another must-try is the Cinghiale in Umido —stewed wild boar. It's tender and flavorful, though it might have a slightly gamey taste that some might find unusual. The meat is cooked to perfection, melting in your mouth! 😋 For dessert, the Crema Catalana —caramel custard—is a must. The caramel layer on top is slightly bitter, while the custard is incredibly smooth and not overly sweet.
