Florence | Top 3 Delicious European Cities in My Heart
Florence | Top 3 Delicious European Cities in My Heart I didn't have any amazing food experiences in Rome, but every meal in Florence amazed me!! π² Image 2&3: Il Ricettario A relatively obscure restaurant with not many recommendations on Xiaohongshu, but it's definitely worth a visit π. We ordered a seafood pasta, meat sauce dumplings π₯, and grilled steak π₯© with roasted vegetables π₯¬. The meat sauce dumplings are the most recommended; they're filled with mashed potatoes and cheese, offering a rich texture that's super fragrant and satisfying. Image 4: Ostaria dei Centopoveri Another obscure spot mainly frequented by locals, with very authentic flavors. Their pizza is a bit thicker and chewier, which I really liked. The highlight π is their slow-cooked beef wide noodles; the noodles are not hard at all, and the meat sauce is very fragrant, giving it a Chinese vibe π. Image 5&6: La Strega Nocciola Gelateria Artigianale If you're traveling in Italy, you should try gelato every day. The best I've had is from this place! The moment I tasted the pistachio flavor, my eyes lit up haha. It's the thickest and creamiest pistachio gelato I've ever had β highly recommended, and currently No. 1 in my heart! Image 7: Chongqing Impression Order the spicy hot pot with confidence β it's spicy, fragrant, and full of ingredients like stomach and duck blood. The potato wide noodles are very flavorful. Image 8: Beef Stomach Bun At the green-signed beef stomach bun stall on the first floor of the central market, the beef stomach is soft without any offal taste, and it goes perfectly with the crispy bread. I wish I could pack one back to London. Just say "stomach" when ordering, and the sauce has a slightly salty and spicy taste, reminiscent of chopped chili peppers. #Florence #FlorenceFood #FlorenceTravel
