Florence Western Cuisine | Ristorante Belcore 🌟

🍽️Stumbled upon this place with a friend on the street, and seeing the row of fine wines on display, we made a reservation for two. We went back the next day to dine. 🍽️To our pleasant surprise, as soon as we sat down, they poured each of us a glass of champagne. We were also served a bowl of appetizing bean soup to start, and since we ordered à la carte, 🍽️For our appetizers, we had low-temperature balsamic quail with caramelized red onions, crispy foie gras with black vinegar and roasted brioche. The quail was cooked just right, and its sweetness with the red onions was very refreshing. The foie gras had no fishy taste and paired with Modena black vinegar and toasted bread slices, it was indeed delicious! For the main course, I ordered a squid ink risotto with Parmesan cheese, lobster tartare, and a rich broth. I've always had risotto with red shrimp tartare, but this time the lobster sashimi was lighter and complemented the risotto perfectly (Note: This risotto just won the 2023 Best Italian Risotto Restaurant Master). For our main dish, we directly ordered a 1kg T-bone steak 🥩, grilled medium-rare, which was just right for two people, with very juicy meat!
