Florentine cuisine with an amazing view
On the way from the Florence Cathedral to Michelangelo Square, I was drawn to a restaurant by the roadside. The exterior was adorned with beautiful flowers, and the owner had even placed a cute teddy bear on a chair. It felt incredibly relaxing to sit by the roadside, enjoying a meal while gazing at the lake opposite.💕💕💕 The dishes here were truly delicious, very fresh, and made to order, not pre-prepared. The oysters, though small in size, were not fishy at all. Paired with lemon, they were incredibly fresh and delightful! The porcini mushroom risotto had a particularly rich cream flavor, and the steak was especially juicy. Even the lava cake had a restrained sweetness that was just right. It's definitely worth a visit!❤️❤️❤️ The reason why the T-bone steak in Florence is so delicious is mainly due to several strict requirements:🥩🥩🥩 1. The meat must come from the Chianina cattle in the Tuscan hills of Italy. This breed is one of the largest and oldest in the world. 2. The steak must be sourced from the short loin of the cow, specifically the T-bone area. The weight is typically around 1–1.5 kilograms, and the thickness is generally three to four fingers wide (5–6 centimeters). 3. It must be grilled over charcoal, resulting in a crispy exterior and a tender interior.😍😍😍 Mozza & Bollicine Firenze Average Cost per Person: 50 EUR #Italian#Florence
