Food Discovery | Unlocking the “Best Thai in North America” 🇹🇭✨

Thai food is pretty much a regular in my diet, but I hadn’t yet tried this spot often called the #1 Thai restaurant in North America. The new location is really well-placed — on the first floor of Red Rock Casino Resort 🏔️. Inside, the decor is stylish and moody, making it perfect for a date night or a group dinner. The food is solid, service is attentive, and even the kids’ cups are adorable! 🥤 🦐 Garlic Prawns were a highlight for me — the shells are fried until crispy and fragrant, and the shrimp inside stay plump and juicy. Definitely recommend! 👍 Known for its Northern Thai specialties and curated wine list, Lotus of Siam brings both tradition and refinement to the table. From fiery curries to herb-packed salads, each dish feels considered and authentic. If you're looking for a Thai experience that’s a step above the usual, this is a must-visit — whether you're a local or just passing through Vegas.
