Food Exploration at PublicUs ☕️✨
These past two days in Las Vegas for a convention, and right after it ended, I couldn’t wait to head to PublicUs — a popular local brunch and coffee spot. Ordered the Garden Farm Benedict and an Almond Milk Chai Latte. 🍳 Garden Farm Benedict – $15 Two poached eggs over watercress dressed in spinach sauce, served on top of PublicUs’ daily fresh sourdough bread. Cut into the eggs, and the rich, runny yolk coats the warm, creamy greens and chewy sourdough. A sprinkle of salt brings it all together — each bite is hearty and deeply satisfying. By the end, the bread soaks up all that delicious eggy goodness, offering a whole new texture. Highly recommend! 😋 🥛 Chai Latte – $5 Lighter in flavor compared to chain café versions, but the almond milk is made fresh in-house — clean-tasting and less oily. If you prefer a bold, spicy chai, this might not hit the spot, but it’s refreshing in its own way. 🏠 PublicUs 📍 1126 E Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101 ⏰ Daily: 7AM – 3PM #Foodie #USA #LasVegas #Travel #BrunchSpot 🥑🍞🌿
