Food I've Eaten in New Orleans 🍽️❤️
❤️ Mahony’s Poboy and Seafood 📍 3454 Magazine St, New Orleans, LA 70115 A local favorite! We ordered fried green tomatoes, red beans and rice, and a fried oyster poboy — so fresh and delicious! 😋 ❤️ Commander’s Palace 📍 1403 Washington Ave, New Orleans, LA 70130 A famous century-old restaurant serving Creole cuisine. While their tasting menu is great, what stood out more was the elegant decor, impeccable service, and à la carte desserts 😂. The pecan parfait was amazing! ❤️ Restaurant R’evolution 📍 777 Bienville St, New Orleans, LA 70130 A fine dining spot for a "pretty meal" with Cajun flavors. Gorgeous interior and superb service! Loved the Boudin (looks like a fried ball but tastes like Louisiana sausage), lobster pasta (fresh and rich), turtle soup, and venison. 🦞🍝 ❤️ Peacock Room 📍 501 Tchoupitoulas St, New Orleans, LA 70130 Inside the Kimpton Hotel — the main draw is how beautiful the dining room is! Convenient if you're staying there, but the food itself was just okay — nothing outstanding. ❤️ Hot N Cajun Boil House 📍 901 Iberville St, New Orleans, LA 70112 Highly recommended online, and always packed with tourists at peak times. I got the Cajun flavor boil — seafood was fresh, but the sauce got too salty toward the end. Maybe ordering sauce on the side would help! 🍗 I also made a point to visit Popeyes here — they offer Cajun-flavored sides! Not sure if it’s just in my head, but the fried chicken tasted crispier and juicier here than in other states 😂. #NorthAmerica #BeautifulMeals #Foodie #NewOrleans 🎉🦐🎷
