Food Review: PublicUs 🍳
These past few days, I was in Las Vegas for a convention. As soon as it ended, I rushed to the popular local brunch spot PublicUs! Ordered the Garden Farm Benedict and an Almond Milk Chai Latte. 🍽️ Garden Farm Benedict – $15 Two perfectly poached eggs over watercress tossed in spinach sauce, served on PublicUs' house-made sourdough. Cut into the eggs, and the rich, runny yolk coats the warm, creamy greens and chewy sourdough. Add a pinch of salt, and each bite is wonderfully hearty and satisfying. By the end, the bread soaks up all the eggy goodness—a delicious texture shift. Highly recommend! 👌 ☕ Chai Latte with Almond Milk – $5 The chai flavor is lighter compared to chain coffee shops, but the almond milk is freshly made in-house—clean and refreshing, with less oily richness. If you prefer a bold, spiced chai, this might not be your favorite. 📍 PublicUs 1126 E Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101 🕐 Open daily: 7 AM – 3 PM #Foodie #USA #LasVegas #Travel #FoodReview #BrunchLove #CoffeeShop #VegasEats #MustTry
