Green Shakshuka: Kale, feta, and molten eggs. It's a bit on the salty side. ๐ The aftertaste of kale is quite strong, and I don't particularly like its unique bitterness. The accompanying focaccia, fried crispy on both sides with butter, is really impeccableโfragrant and crispy. It's just that eating it with the shakshuka makes it even saltier. ๐ Bucatini all'amatriciana: Pasta is another signature product. With a tomato base, Italian pancetta, and pecorino cheese. The pasta is cooked to perfection, coated with the rich tomato aroma and the savory pancetta. So beautiful and satisfying. ๐ ๐The coffee in the shop is also great, but this latte art looks like it was attempted but not quite there. The staff are all very nice, and there's a particularly shy, stylishly dressed, tattooed young man with beautiful and adorable eyes. I'd love to go back for a drink and try the dinner.
