France | Lille Worth Visiting ❣️ Museums
🌹I went to Lille at the end of July and happened to catch the basketball game of the Paris Olympics, making the whole city particularly lively. However, since we didn't buy tickets, we didn't join the excitement. 😍But the two museums in Lille left a deep impression on me and I highly recommend them to everyone. If you come to Lille, don't miss them. 🧩Palais des Beaux-Arts de Lille ❣️The Lille Art Palace is located in the center of Lille, with a large area and a vast collection. It is said that the exhibition scale is second only to the Louvre, but I personally think that there are more works visible at the Orsay. Being in the museum, you can really feel that the whole building is very large, divided into three floors. 👍The underground level has some miniature maps of France and Belgium, as well as some religious paintings; the first floor mainly features sculptures, with the most impressive being the sculptures created by Rodin and Napoleon's sculptures;❣️The second floor focuses on paintings with a variety of themes. There is also a special exhibition of Monet's works, where I saw several Monet paintings that I hadn't seen before. 🥰I think the whole museum is also very artistic, with careful design elements everywhere, worth spending time to explore. A simple visit will take at least 2 hours. ❣️The ticket price is 7€ per person. #CulturalSpotSharing #France #Lille #DailyArtSharing #ArtExhibition #Impressionism #MyTravelDiary #RecommendedGuide
