In Frankfurt, there's a fantastic café that specializes in freshly brewed coffee☕️ and handmade cakes🍰, as well as freshly made, warm omelettes🥪. The café is named VierVorneun, and it creatively opens its doors every day at 8:56 AM. I particularly recommend the omelette! I had the classic version, and you can also add various toppings. The matcha strawberry🍓 mille-feuille cake and banana vanilla mille-feuille cake🍰 are homemade every morning, and their taste straight from the chiller is superb, not overly sweet or greasy. As someone who enjoys making desserts more than eating them, I have to say that indulging in this sensory journey provides a wealth of new experiences and inspiration for ingredient pairings. The coffee☕️ is excellent; you can't go wrong with any order!
