Franklin BBQ in Austin ✅

I’d always heard about the crazy long lines at Franklin BBQ — often 1 to 2 hours wait 😮— so I never dared to try. They even provide camp chairs outside for customers waiting that long! But I couldn’t resist giving it a shot. With a free lunch break today and no meetings, I drove over just to see… and the line wasn’t bad at all! I jumped right in. Right after I joined, more than ten people lined up behind me 🙊. Only waited about 20 minutes ⏳ — but sadly, a lot of the meats were already sold out. Only beef brisket and turkey were left. Luckily, the brisket is their classic — and it did NOT disappoint! Juicy, smoky, tender on the inside, perfectly crusty on the outside… no wonder it’s so famous 🔥.
