French Cuisine | The Best Beef in Paris, the Cow Died a Worthy Death
After four days of eating in Paris, having tried all the internet-famous restaurants and being mostly disappointed... it was on my last day in Paris that this place made my trip incredibly fulfilling. 🌟 At Chonbou, the chef is my god. 👨🍳✨ Does anyone understand? I've never had this much meat before. 🥩 Even the beef from Florence, which is already delicious enough, pales in comparison to this. 🇮🇹🏰 A cow, Born great, died a worthy death. 🐄💫 There's a saying that these cows, in their lifetime, tasted the dew-kissed grass every morning, drank spring water from '82, listened to Beethoven's sonatas, had ten nannies giving them Thai massages every night to loosen their muscles, and when it was time to die, they were sent to heaven happily by Swiss euthanasia experts playing lullabies. 🎶👼 This is why the meat is so wonderful, juicy, and tender. Chew on the cow, feel the cow's life, love this cow. 🥩❤️ 📍 CHONBOU - Caviste & Restaurateur 5 Rue Jules Lefebvre, 75009 Paris, France I didn't make a reservation, I just walked in. It wasn't crowded on a rainy day, but I recommend making a reservation for weekends. 📅☔️ #ParisFrance #ParisTravel #FranceTravel #Paris #ParisFood
