French Michelin Restaurant with Great Value for Money 🍽️🌟
Review: It's a Michelin one-star restaurant offering excellent value for money. The set menu for one person is just over forty euros, and if you choose to replace the duck with fish, it will cost an additional 22 euros. Overall, the cost-performance ratio is excellent. Appetizer section: The set menu includes only one soup, which is incredibly delicious. The smooth and thick texture of the soup leaves a lingering aroma in your mouth, making you feel like you're in a mushroom farm with each sip. It likely contains black truffle, as the rich aroma is unmistakable, creating a luxurious flavor that pairs perfectly with the pre-meal bread. ⚠️However, the only downside is that it's a bit salty. Main course section: I ordered the fish with Italian dumplings, which was quite tasty without any major flaws. The traditional creamy spinach sauce was a bit salty (I'm not sure if it was my taste buds or if the chef added too much salt). The Italian dumplings were also filled with spinach, but I would highly recommend the confit duck, which comes with a blood orange sauce. The duck 🦆 is very tender, and the tangy fruitiness of the blood orange cuts through the fatiness of the duck, leaving a citrus aroma that is highly recommended. Dessert section: The set menu features a dessert made entirely of chocolate 🍫. The top layer is accompanied by a chocolate crisp, followed by a hazelnut chocolate cream and chocolate ice cream, topped with a mint-flavored jelly. The overall texture when mixed together is very smooth, with a high chocolate content. The mint jelly serves to refresh the palate and cut through the richness, making it an excellent dessert, albeit slightly simple and lacking in technical complexity. The hazelnut aroma is also very strong. We also ordered a soufflé, which was noteworthy, but a bit salty. The soufflé had a great airy texture, very fluffy, with a chocolate 🍫 lava at its core. It was served with a sorbet, likely vodka with some kind of lime, creating a refreshingly tangy flavor that complemented the freshly baked soufflé with a delightful contrast of hot and cold. The price was also reasonable, making it a good choice to try something new. 👍 Overall, it's a great value for money.
