The appetizers are excellent, especially the fresh oysters, and all the main fish dishes are deliciousâsome even feature unique preparation methods and ingredients. đWhenever I travel to Miami, I make sure to dine at Mignonette, and I highly recommend it to everyone. The daily-caught sea bass is lightly seared with a butter blanc sauce, the skin crisped to a fine golden texture, and the capers in the sauce add a refreshing tang. đ· â The oysters are arranged on crushed ice by region, paired with house-made spicy sauce and champagne vinegar to enhance the layers of oceanic flavor. đIt's one of my favorite restaurants, and we noticed many people ordering oysters.
