Fresno finally has a high-end Japanese restaurant! ๐๐ฑ Featuring flown-in coral shrimp, Hokkaido uni, a wide selection of sashimi, oysters, and more โ if youโre visiting Yosemite, youโre in for a treat! ๐๏ธโค๏ธ So many delicious options, but here are my favorites: ๐ฅ A5 Hot Rock Stone โ A5 Wagyu from Japan, grilled on a sizzling stone ๐ฅฉ๐ฟ. Served with lettuce and cucumber โ incredible texture and flavor! ๐ Wagyu Fried Rice โ Served in a hot stone pot โ not greasy, super fragrant, and a total upgrade from typical fried rice! ๐ Sashimi โ Extremely fresh โ you canโt go wrong.
