The filling of their buns is slightly sweet, which reminds me a lot of the Yangzhou-style buns I used to eat when I was a kid. π’πThe meat filling is very firm and the bun skin is made of fermented dough, which makes it soft and fluffy. π I especially love the part inside the bun skin that carries the aroma of the meatβit's just so delicious! I highly recommend it! A portion of six buns is only $4.5! π π’π The shop is located in Manhattan's Chinatown, in the basement of a mall. It's not particularly hard to find, and it's not scary at all. I've heard some people say it feels intimidating, but I don't think so.
