Fuzhou-Style Street Food Is Now in Las Vegas! 🎉

Yesterday in Chinatown, I spotted a newly opened Fuzhou street food stall — of course I had to go in and try it! We ordered the signature drunken spare ribs, Fuzhou-style stir-fried rice noodles, braised platter, fish ball soup, and pickled mustard greens with pork intestines. The drunken spare ribs are truly a Fuzhou specialty — crispy outside, tender inside, with a sweet and sour glaze. So good! The braised platter had incredibly tender beef and beef tongue (couldn't finish it all, so took it home to enjoy with drinks 🍻). The stir-fried rice noodles were a first for me here in Vegas — full of wok hei and packed with flavor. Definitely worth ordering! If you're craving authentic, homestyle Fuzhou flavors, this spot is a must-visit.
