Garvan Woodland Gardens @ Hot Springs

On the second evening of Thanksgiving in the spa town, we visited Garvan Gardens. From mid-November to February, it’s the Holiday Lights Season here. The gardens are closed during the day and only open from 4 pm to 9 pm. Tickets bought online are $20 per person, which is$5 cheaper than buying them offline. 😊 We arrived at 4 pm, just in time to enjoy the sunset while strolling around. 🌅 The garden was adorned with all sorts of lights, but it looks better when it’s completely dark. Plus, you can get free hot chocolate to drink. 🍫 Since the main attraction is the night light show, some trails in the park are closed. It didn’t take long to walk through the garden, about an hour or so, and it wasn’t completely dark yet. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ You could actually wait until it’s dark and walk through again to see the lights, which might make the ticket price feel more worthwhile. But we were too tired that day and left early, just before 6 pm. 🕓 When we left, we saw a long line of cars waiting to enter the park, stretching all the way to the foot of the mountain. It really felt like a scene from a popular domestic tourist spot in China. 🚗🚦 #Thanksgiving #Thanksgiving Activities
