Gero Onsen Gassho Village
When you step into the hot spring village, free hand and foot baths are everywhere. π±π We were wise to bring small towels, soaking in them over and over again. There are natural open-air ones, and ones processed with milk. The merchants have all sorts of ideas to catch your eye. π π―β¨οΈ The hot spring hotels are too numerous to count. The dining, snacks, and souvenirs that the hot spring has given rise to are dazzling. A stream of water flows gently through the hot spring village, with all kinds of maple trees on both sides, so beautiful that it takes your breath away. πΈ π±π The hot spring village has kindly marked all the scenic spots. You just need to follow the signs to get to the places you want to go. π―β¨οΈ The Rainy Mood Park is a must-see beauty spot, and the Gassho-zukuri Village is an absolute must. π A half-day flash trip is very satisfying, with endless aftertaste. π±π The beautiful scenery and delicious food are remembered in both heart and stomach. It feels worth it. π―β¨οΈFinally, we took the super express JR back to Takayama. Thinking of staying for a few days next time. π―β¨οΈ #Japan π±π
