Ginza 🌟Tokyo Michelin Three-Star French Restaurant L’OSIER(1)

A French restaurant under the Shiseido Group, L’OSIER has been awarded three Michelin stars for several consecutive years. I came here for my birthday card, hehe. 🎉✨ ✨ 🍽️ I checked the menu of the day and chose the 22,000 yen course. 🌟 For the appetizers, there were two dishes. The second one was a corn soup. 🐟 It was the season for corn, and the soup had an ice cream-like texture. ✨ 🍽️It was so refreshing and perfect for corn lovers! 🌽👍🏻 The third dish was a wasabi crab. It was very refreshing and light. 🦀👍🏻 🐟 For the fish course, it was a sea bream. The fish was tender and flaky, first fried and then roasted. It was perfectly balanced with the vegetable sauce. 👍🏻 ✨ 🍽️ The meat course was Kagoshima A5 Wagyu. The beef was cooked to perfection and was incredibly delicious. 🐟It was the best beef I’ve ever had in a Michelin French restaurant. The accompanying onion sauce was also very fragrant. 🍖👍🏻 #Tokyo 🌇
