Glamorous Opera-Style Restaurant | Sarastro 🎭✨
Hidden in Covent Garden, this Mediterranean restaurant has a modest and ordinary exterior, but once you step inside, you'll be amazed and can't help but gasp in wonder 🤩 The interior design is full of drama, with golden pipes, vintage chandeliers, ornate curtains, and many theatrical elements decorating every corner 🎭 🍴 Dishes: 🔹 Mixed Grill (suitable for two people to share) ▫️ Satisfaction: ★★★★★ This platter includes tender steak, lamb chops, chicken thighs, grilled skewers, and a salad 🥗. The meat is very tender, the steak is a bit ordinary, but overall, it's great value for money, and two people can eat to their fill. 🔹 Chocolate Hazelnut Slice ▫️ Satisfaction: ★★★ A rich combination of chocolate and hazelnuts, it's standard, tastes good but not particularly astonishing. The average cost per person is £40, and the restaurant's service charge is very reasonable, only 3%, which is quite friendly compared to many London restaurants that charge 12.5%! This adds more points to the overall experience. 🌟 Tips: It's recommended to choose a booth on the upper floor for a great view, suitable for birthdays/gatherings. Remember to book in advance on the official website, especially if you want to experience live performances. We walked in directly, so we could only dine for two hours and were arranged to leave before the 19:30 performance started. #London #LondonLife #LondonRestaurants #LondonRestaurantRecommendations #UKRestaurants #UK #LondonOpera #CoventGarden #CoventGardenFood
