Go to Bali and head straight to Rumah Makan KBS for some seafood!

What's it like to have such a delicious meal at a restaurant that you feel the need to take a photo with the chef? 📸👨‍🍳 I experienced this twice at Rumah Makan KBS Seafood in Bali. I was so impressed with the first meal that I decided to return the next day, hence the two visits, haha! 🤩 Amidst the continuous exclamations of "So delicious!" 😋🍽️, we found out that the chef is an Indonesian. On the first day, we ordered a 1.7 kg large crab, cooked in black pepper that was simply amazing, as well as versions with salted egg yolk and a slight spicy stir-fry. 🦀🌶️ The garlic lobster and sweet and spicy lobster had such fresh and firm meat, not to mention the sweetest garlic sauce I've ever tasted. 🦞🧄 And the vegetables, we ordered four portions over two days, haha. 🥬🥒 During the day, hiding from the rain in Ubud, I casually entered a café that looked very relaxed, and the salads and desserts were also delicious – just normally delicious, not the kind of delicious that makes you fall in love at first sight like KBS, haha. 🥗🍰 As a local guide with Google Maps views of around 35 million, and an experienced traveler who has tasted food from 50 countries, I highly recommend that when you're in Bali, you must try Rumah Makan KBS Seafood (Jl.
