Gold Coast Off-Season Adventure 🚶🌆
Day 1️⃣ ✈️ Afternoon: Landed and checked into Meriton Suites – massive solo room, great amenities, steps from the beach. Group tip: Book a high-floor ocean view for epic panoramas. 🍝 Dinner: Alfresco Italian – mind-blowing pasta (they handed me a Chinese menu after seeing my struggle 😭). Book ahead! 🧛 Night: Dracula’s Cabaret – vampire-themed dinner show with 🔞 humor, cosplay waiters, and haunted house vibes. Skip the meal, VIP tickets = best seats! Day 2️⃣ 🌅 Breakfast: Q1 SkyPoint – decent buffet, but only worth it for clear skies (skip if your hotel has views). 🎢 Morning: Warner Bros. Movie World – Honest review: 🚨 Not worth it! Tiny park, long lines, rides broke down. Unless you’re dying for "Southern Hemisphere’s longest coaster," opt for Sea World instead. ♨️ Afternoon: Hid in Meriton’s indoor pool – the hot tub saved my soul after theme park trauma. 🍛 Dinner: Chiangmai Thai – speedy service, massive portions. Must-try: coconut rice dessert (P14)! Day 3️⃣ (Flex time! Suggestions: Beach walk, Burleigh Heads hike, or seafood feast at Peter’s Fish Market.) Verdict: Gold Coast off-season = no crowds, cozy vibes, and spontaneous joy – just pack for moody weather! #GoldCoast #TravelAustralia #SpontaneousTrip #ThemeParkFail #WinterEscape 🌊❄️
