Great Hotel Stay. Amazing Staff! ππ¨
The staff at this hotel were truly outstanding β from the porters to the restaurant servers, everyone was professional and kind . Housekeeping did a wonderful job, and the bed linens were high-quality β we slept so comfortably ποΈπ΄. That said, the tissue and toilet paper quality didnβt match β they felt thin, single-ply, and a bit rough π§»π¬. It was a small letdown in an otherwise pleasant stay. But you know what? The helpful and cheerful staff more than made up for it! A special shout-out to Michael (I believe heβs a bellman) β he was incredibly attentive and even offered help before we realized we needed it π§³π€. The door staff were equally warm and proactive! As for the restaurant β the food was pretty average π½οΈβ. Not bad, but not memorable either.
