Great Location, Mixed Experience π¨π
I chose this hotel for its convenience to an event I was attending. While the location proved ideal for quick access to nearby attractions, my stay came with both highs and lows. A friend staying at another hotel managed to upgrade to a suite, but here, unfortunately, my upgrade request couldnβt be accommodated β a bit of a letdown π. Whatβs more, I slipped in the bathroom due to cleaning liquid left on the floor β definitely not the welcome I expected π§π§Ό. Housekeeping was inconsistent: when my room wasnβt cleaned, I called for fresh towels and placed my used ones outside the door so I could take a nap. The old towels were taken β but no new ones were left behind π . Thankfully, I still had one small towel to get by. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent β think fluffy omelets and delicious, creamy grits π³π₯£.
