Great Location & Staff. If Booking Ocean View, Try for the Hula Tower!

The hotel boasts an excellent location—close to the beach, shopping centers, and numerous restaurants. We initially upgraded to an Ocean View room, but unfortunately, it had an unpleasant odor, and no other rooms were available at that time. However, the staff handled the situation professionally, and we were able to switch rooms after the first night. 👍 The view from our first room was decent, but if you're booking an Ocean View, we highly recommend requesting the Hula Tower. Our new room was in the Aloha Tower and didn’t offer much of an ocean view from the balcony. 🌊 While you're in Honolulu, don’t forget to try shave ice! There’s a fantastic spot called Lahaina Shave Ice very close to the hotel—it’s a must-try! 🍧 Overall, the combination of a prime location and responsive staff made our stay enjoyable.
