Great staff makes for a great visit

The hotel’s location is unbeatable—it’s right across from Reading Terminal Market! You can walk to the Convention Center, Chinatown, and many of Philadelphia’s top attractions without needing a taxi or Uber 🚶. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Alicia—she gave us amazing recommendations. Whether we were checking in or having breakfast, the staff was always polite and helpful. Every time we got back from a day of sightseeing, they greeted us warmly, which made us feel right at home 😊.😊😊 The room was perfect for our needs. It had a large refrigerator and a microwave, which were super convenient for storing leftovers from Reading Terminal Market or heating up snacks 🥡.
