Grilled Beef Intestine in Manhattan’s Ktown
Come to Ktown and try this restaurant located on the second floor. The space isn’t very big, so it’s best to arrive early to avoid waiting. We got there at 6 PM and managed to snag a table. Their specialty is the sizzling iron plate beef intestines. 🌟 Assorted Beef Intestines: It was my first time trying grilled beef intestines—they were super chewy! Personally, I thought the potato slices and onions stole the show. 🌟 Beef Tartare: The raw beef had a great texture and tasted amazing 😋. 🌟 Daechang Sundae: Beef and glass noodles wrapped in intestine casing—it really tasted like dumpling filling! 🌟 Fried Rice: We ordered two servings without fish cake or cheese. The fried rice had spicy kimchi, which was too spicy for me, but it was cooked on the same iron plate used for the beef intestines, creating a crispy rice crust (like scorched rice). It was delicious! Overall, the food was great, and the grilled beef intestines are a must-order for every table. I’d definitely come back! The sizzling, crispy beef intestines paired with rice are the ultimate comfort food! The beef tartare was tender and smooth—my favorite dish of the meal! The secret sauce made it even better. The potato pancakes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We also ordered some fried chicken, which was excellent too 👍. On a cold winter day, a steaming hot pot of beef intestines instantly warms you up and fills you with happiness! ❄️🔥 It’s absolutely a must-eat winter dish! #KoreanFood #NYCFood #NYCFoodExploration #KtownEats #ManhattanFood #NYCManhattan
