Guanajuato|Where "Coco’s" Light Shines into Reality(1)

Before my trip to Mexico, Guanajuato was the destination I looked forward to the most. While browsing travel guides on Xiaohongshu, just seeing the photos brought back the awe and emotion I felt years ago watching Coco in theaters. After a brief two-day stay in Mexico City, I couldn’t wait to set off for Guanajuato. 🚗 Transportation: By Air: You can fly directly from Mexico City (about 1 hour), but tickets are expensive. By Bus: I opted for a Primera Plus bus—comfortable and budget-friendly, though the ride takes around 6 hours. Tickets can be booked online in advance. Local Transport: Taxis and Uber are readily available from the airport/bus station. The city center is compact and best explored on foot. #Mexico #Guanajuato
