I found a steakhouse in Florence that's perfect for dining alone! The 250g steak costs only 20€, which is quite a good value! I ordered it medium-rare, and the cooking was spot on. Although it looked a bit undercooked, it wasn't bloody at all and had no off-flavors. The meat had just the right amount of fat and connective tissue, giving it a unique flavor that reminded me of the salted beef tendons I had in Xi'an—salty, savory, and slightly chewy. Each bite was layered with flavor, neither greasy nor dry, and incredibly aromatic! It was a perfect match!💃🏼 Their lasagna and pizza 🍕 were also excellent! The normal seat charge is 2€ per person.
