This trip, we stayed at the Fontainebleau Hotel and didn’t encounter any of the negative experiences mentioned online. Not only did the front desk staff kindly assign us a high-floor room with a view of the Sphere, but the room was also cleaned promptly and thoroughly. While wandering around the hotel’s first floor, we stumbled upon this dessert shop. I looked it up online and saw recommendations for their coffee ☕ and smashed croissants 🥐 — both were great! 👍 But the real surprise was their Gelato — so delicious that my friend and I ended up buying double scoops five times during our 2.5-day stay! I’d even say it’s better than most gelato I’ve tried in Italy 🇮🇹 — perfectly sweet, creamy yet light, with no artificial aftertaste. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Price: $7 for one scoop, $10 for two. Here’s my flavor rundown: 💚 Pistachio Extremely rich and authentic pistachio flavor — nothing like the artificial sweetness of other spots. Each scoop includes real pistachio bits. A must-try for first-timers! 🫐 Blueberry Yogurt A surprisingly delightful hidden gem! Light and perfectly balanced between Greek yogurt and blueberry. Our go-to choice every time — and it’s not too sweet (the highest praise from Chinese dessert lovers 😉). ☕ Cold Brew Coffee Rich, bold coffee flavor — like falling into a latte. A must for coffee lovers, and great for those who prefer less sweetness. 🥭 Mango Sweet and tangy, very refreshing. Tastes like real mango sorbet with a hint of green mango tartness — no fake sweetness here. 🍓 Strawberry Perfect for those who love fruity, light flavors. Personally, I prefer creamier gelato, so this was just okay for me. 🌿 Vanilla Bean Loaded with real vanilla seeds — you can see them!
