Had the most amazing bowl of pasta in Philadelphia! 🍝

I booked a table at Le VirtĂč after seeing an 8-star rating on Beli. Since it’s not one of the super popular restaurants in Philly, I didn’t have super high expectations. I just thought the menu looked interesting. But boy, was I blown away! The Duck Ragu pasta was simply divine. The handmade fettuccine was perfectly al dente, with just the right amount of creaminess and cheese flavor. The duck was so tender and flavorful, and I even detected a hint of rich broth that reminded me of Chinese cuisine. The mushrooms were the perfect finishing touch—plump, juicy, and incredibly delicious. It’s no exaggeration to say this is the best pasta I’ve had in years! đŸ„© For the main course, we tried the rabbit skewers, which were incredibly tender and bouncy. The grilled beans at the bottom had a savory, braised flavor that was so soft and flavorful. The appetizer of grilled shrimp was also fresh and flavorful, with a slightly spicy, smoky aroma, served on a bed of shredded cabbage. And the cheesecake for dessert was topped with a refreshing orange sauce—it was beautiful and delicious, just sweet enough without being cloying. 🍰 The atmosphere of this restaurant is perfect for a date. On a warm day, sitting in the little courtyard outside would be super romantic. Even if you’re just there for the food, it’s absolutely worth it. 😭 #ItalianCuisine #PastaLovers #PhillyFoodie #PhillyItalian #EastCoastEats
