Hot Spring - Narukawa Art Museum - Shrine - Pirate Ship - Owakudani - Hayakawa Footbath - Hakone-Yumoto Station - Soba Noodles - Fujisawa Station πΏ ππΈ Morning: Soaked in an outdoor hot spring (beautiful Japanese garden views); 10:00-11:00: Took a mountain bus to Moto-Hakone Port; πΊπ 11:00-12:00: Narukawa Art Museum πππ. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by lush, towering trees. ππΈ The regular admission is 1,300 yen per person (discounted price available). It's a classic photo spot with Lake Ashi, Mount Fuji, and a torii gate right outside the windowβserene and captivating. πΊπ It's very relaxing to just sit and daydream here. The exhibits and display arrangements blend perfectly with the Japanese style. I bought some art cards (to decorate my new home in the future). πΊπ I had planned to spend only half an hour, but I ended up staying for over an hour; 12:00-12:30: Walked along the lakeside and climbed up the small hill to the shrine to get a distant view of the torii gate; 12:40-13:40: After boarding the pirate ship, head straight to the top deck for photos. The 30-minute ride takes you to Taen Port, where you can take the cable car. Remember to sit in the last row, with Mount Fuji to your left rear, and ask someone across to take your photo; ππΈ 13:40-14:10: Visited Owakudani, where you can buy black eggs (though they're not much different from regular eggs). The shops also have Hello Kitty-themed dolls; 14:10-15:00: Took a bus from Owakudani to Hayakawa Station πππ. ππΈ Strongly recommend going to the second floor to soak your feetβit's very, very warm. There are 15 seats, and we soaked for 20 minutes to take a short break; 15:10-16:15: Took the train from Hayakawa to Gora Station, then transferred to Hakone-Yumoto; ππΈ16:15-17:30: After exiting Hakone-Yumoto Station, had soba noodles and picked up our luggage; 17:30-18:45: Hakone-Yumoto Station to Fujisawa Station; #JapanTravelGuide #MountFujiHakone #HakoneTrip
