😍 Halifax Food Guide: Part 2 of 9 Must-Try Restaurants
Continuing from last time, here are more delicious discoveries in Halifax! 6️⃣ Hermitage 🌊✨ The name alone sounds magical! Tucked away on the waterfront, it feels like a hidden gem. Ordered the seafood pasta and a summer special cocktail Summer Institute—pretty in pink and perfectly sweet! 🍝🍹 The shrimp, scallops, and mussels were incredibly fresh and generous, and the sauce was divine. The ambiance is elegant too—I’d definitely return! 📍 1460 Lower Water St, Halifax 7️⃣ Buta Ramen 🍜 A solid Japanese ramen spot highly recommended onThe broth is rich, and the chashu is tasty. Great for ramen cravings, though tourists might skip if short on time. 📍 5190 Morris St, Halifax 8️⃣ Bliss Caffeine Bar 🎀☕ This café not only serves excellent coffee but also has a minimalist, spacious vibe. Their desserts are to die for! I tried the blueberry scone and a strawberry-glazed donut (so good I couldn’t stop eating!). While I go to Bird’s Nest for paninis, I come here solely for sweets! 🍓🍩 Also love that it’s female-owned—their IG radiates great taste and design. 📍 1451 South Park St, Halifax 9️⃣ Bird’s Nest Cafe + Catering 🕊️ OMG, I ate here three times in seven days for their paninis—literally the best I’ve ever had! No photos because I devoured them instantly 😂. The guy making them is cute too—I finally thanked him on my last visit! 📍 1547 Barrington St, Halifax This trip was a culinary win! Can’t wait to explore more on future adventures. #HalifaxEats #SeafoodPasta #Ramen #DessertLover #CafeHopping #Panini #FoodieGuide #ExploreHalifax 🍁🍴
