Halloween Fireworks guide --Walt Disney World® Resort

🎃 Halloween Special Events Have Begun 🎃 For those planning to visit Disney and Universal Studios, remember to book your tickets in advance 🎫. Here are some important points to note for those who will be visiting Disney in Orlando and want to watch the fireworks. 1️⃣ Fireworks Start Time ⌚️ Unlike the summer vacation period when fireworks are held every night, now they are mostly scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays. On weekdays, there are specific evenings with special Halloween 🎃 parades and fireworks, but these require separate tickets 🎫. If you don't have an evening ticket, the park will close around 6 pm, and you won't be able to see the fireworks if you're only there during the day. 2️⃣ Photo Spot 🤳 The best spot to take photos is right in front of the Disney castle's main flower bed. Choosing a location behind it can result in light interference from other areas, which can affect the clarity and contrast of your photos. Additionally, the light show on the castle may not be as visible. 3️⃣ Waiting Time ⌛️ Fireworks 🎆 typically start at 9 pm, and you should arrive at least one hour in advance to secure a good spot. You can wait near the flower bed initially; staff will mark the area with yellow lines to keep walkways clear. About half an hour before the start, staff will close off the area, and then everyone can move forward to fill in the gaps, allowing you to get closer to the front of the flower bed for the best view of the fireworks. 4️⃣ Items to Bring While Waiting 🛍️ Since the wait can be long, it's a good idea to come prepared with a power bank, water, snacks, and if you're concerned about cleanliness, bring a small blanket to sit on. 5️⃣ Photography Equipment 📱 Highly recommend using the live photo mode on your phone! It captures the beauty of the moment incredibly well! It looks even better than video recording because screenshots from videos can be less clear. While still photos from a camera might lack the dynamic beauty of the scene, the live photo mode is a great compromise—capturing clear, moving images that are stunningly beautiful!! #Disney#Halloween# Fireworks#Orlando#Walt Disney World® Resort
