Hamilton🍸| Culinary fusion to perfectly cap off winter break

💰$80 per person Given it's a fusion cuisine, the menu here lists ingredients with 101% thoroughness! 🥩90-Day Dry-Aged Steak & Bacon, Kimchi Fried Rice I ordered the steak medium, but it felt a bit too rare; medium well might have been better! The fried rice, flavored with kimchi, isn't overly sour and was a unanimous favorite among the main dishes we ordered! 🦞Lobster Shumai Despite being only four pieces for 22 dollars, they were incredibly, incredibly delicious. You can taste large chunks of lobster in the shumai filling, and the sauce carries the aroma of shrimp oil! (It's perfect for mixing with rice, don't even mention it) You absolutely, absolutely must try these two dishes!! 🍣Dundas Roll A generous portion, considered as an appetizer, with about 8 pieces per serving. 🍚Korean BBQ Bowl Grilled pork belly and beef tenderloin, but the rice at the bottom of the bowl lacks seasoning and might be a bit bland. 🦆Duck Breast The most luxurious dish on the menu, it's not just about the duck breast; it also comes with foie gras sauce, cinnamon sweet potato puree, duck spring rolls, and a small bun! A comprehensive experience of various ways to enjoy duck, although the duck meat has a slight gamey flavor—wondering if it could be cooked a bit more. Nevertheless, the texture is still tender. 🍟Seoul Poutine Sweet potatoes with an upgraded version of poutine, fried to a crisp when hot! Filled with kimchi and beef bits, combined with cream cheese, it's quite a novel taste. The restaurant isn't large, so make sure to make a reservation before going! Even on a weekday, it was quite busy when I went there a few days ago. Recently, it seems like they're fully booked on weekend nights, so don't run the risk of showing up without a reservation! What attracted me the most was actually their handmade bao sandwich, but I was too full to try it. None of us could finish our main dishes, and we ended up taking them home. The portions here are definitely generous! #FoodAdventures #CanadianLife #WeekendFoodie #WeekendGetaways
