Hawaii | The Elusive Omakase Gem: Sushi Sho ๐ฃ
๐ฃsushi sho This time in Oahu, I got to try the legendary sushi sho, which is said to be on par with two-Michelin-star standards. It was highly recommended by all my friends who have visited Hawaii, so I decided to give it a shot. โ I called the restaurant a month in advance to make a reservation, and I was lucky enough to get a spot! ๐ The restaurant serves two seatings a day. I recommend booking the earlier 5โฃ๏ธ o'clock session because they open the windows around seven, just in time to catch the sunset ๐ . Each seating accommodates 10 people, and the experience lasts about two and a half hours, with around 30 pieces of sushi. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that left a deep impression on me! โ๏ธ The menu is seasonal. Since I went at the beginning of the month, you can use my experience as a reference. If you're a fan of Japanese cuisine, I definitely suggest making a reservation well in advance to try this place. It's located inside the Ritz-Carlton in Waikiki, and the ambiance is truly amazing. โจ #AuthenticFoodWhileTraveling #HawaiiFood #HawaiiRestaurantReview #HawaiianJapaneseCuisine #HawaiiOmakase #HawaiiTravel #HawaiiLiving #MustTryHawaii #Oahu #OahuFood #OahuTravel #HawaiiOahuFood #OahuJapaneseCuisine #OahuMustVisit #HawaiiOahuFoodie
