Find Things to DoFind The Best Restaurants

Hawaii | This seaside sunset restaurant is just too blissful 🌄

We had originally planned to go to another seaside restaurant for a birthday dinner, but due to various reasons, we didn’t get to eat there. We ended up coming to Azure instead and unexpectedly had the best Western meal of our trip ❣️ To make a reservation, you call the hotel front desk and ask to be transferred to the restaurant. We arrived on a Saturday night and there weren’t many people, so we could also just walk in. Dinner is not à la carte; the tasting menu is 5 courses for $145🔪 per person, wine pairing is$65🔪 per person. You can also order drinks separately. With each course, the waiter carefully introduces the cooking method and characteristics. You can tell that there’s real creativity and thought put into the dishes 🍰 The first course, Caesar Salad, and Portabello & Nopales were both delicious, especially the second with its mushroom and tomato sauce which was tangy and appetizing. The second course, I especially recommend the Trio of Seafood! The combination of sea urchin, king crab, and abalone with the cream corn sauce was absolutely delicious 😋 We also ordered the Ahi Tiradito Nikkei which had an exquisite presentation. The third course, we ordered the Green Soup and Tako. Both were decent, and the grilled octopus was not greasy but rather refreshing, with a pretty unique sauce. The fourth course, both the Beef and Lobster are highly recommended! The portion of steak was much larger than we expected, and the lobster with sweet corn and Swiss chard was also very distinctive, making for a truly stunning main course 💘 For dessert, we each ordered a Mousse and a Sundae. You must try the Sundae! The marshmallow in the Sundae is foie gras flavored, paired with sea urchin-flavored ice cream, making it the most creative dessert I’ve had in Hawaii 🍮 The weekend we came, it wasn’t very crowded, which, compared to many other trendy restaurants with long lines, made it worth the visit to me! Besides the breathtaking seaside view, the Royal Hawaiian Hotel outside is also great for taking beautiful photos. #Hawaii #HonoluluFood #HawaiiFood #WaikikiSunset #WaikikiFood #HawaiiRestaurant #BirthdayRestaurant #SeasideRestaurant #BreathtakingViewRestaurant
