Hawaii 🌺 | Creative Japanese Cuisine at Wasabi Bistro

It’s a type of Japanese cuisine that caters more to Western tastes, with fewer Asian faces. The celebrities on the wall are unknown to me. Very unique and creative Japanese food, but I prefer traditional Japanese cuisine. 🍣Sushi: I chose the daily special, which was flown in from Japan that day, very fresh and generously portioned. I felt full after eating. 🍱Recommendation: I tried the three dishes recommended by the store. The grilled squid was surprisingly delicious, tender, and perfect for my barbecue-loving palate; a very salty eggplant brushed with sauce, the seeds were bitter; and a dish called “wasabi no.1 special” which is crab meat + 🥑. Since I don’t like crab, I just took a small bite. Located in a very Japanese-style hotel, the courtyard has a pool and a water bar, the environment is quiet and pleasant. Make a reservation on Opentable. 💰: Average cost is $100 per person. 🍶: Sake experience for only $35💲 per person! Love it! #JapaneseCuisine #FoodExploration #Hawaii #OahuHawaiiGuide #IslandOutfit #DailyOutfit #HawaiiTravel #HawaiiJapaneseFood #OahuFood #OahuHawaiiGuide #OahuHawaiiFood
