Hawaii Oahu’s Atmospheric and Delicious French Cuisine
📍Michel’s at the Colony Surf The service was excellent, the only downside might be the slow pace, which almost put our little one to sleep. 🌍Michel’s is a venerable French restaurant, and nearly every dish we ordered was delicious. Coupled with the retro vibe, from the slanting sun to sunset and then to the starry night, it was the epitome of French romance and relaxation, perfect for dating or celebrating birthdays. 🌍Our waiter was a grandfatherly figure, super nice and down-to-earth. Seeing that we had a child with us, he thoughtfully helped us order for the little one first, and the kid’s meal was served first. He recommended the pasta, which was so good that I, who usually don’t like pasta, found it to be the best pasta of my life after one taste. I just forgot the name of it. 🌍The French-style baked snails were stunning, with super large and springy snails, paired with crispy baguette and garlic butter – simply a delight. We also ordered the pan-seared lamb chops and Wellington steak, both were delicious. The only disappointment was the fresh fish, which was very bland. 🌍After the main course, our little one couldn’t hold out any longer, so we skipped dessert. But the waiter had already thought ahead and served the child a gelato earlier,担心 she might fall asleep. It was truly delicious with an incredibly rich flavor! #HawaiiCuisine #FrenchCuisine #NoteInspiration #Atmosphere #SenseOfCeremony #CinematicFeel
