Hawaii Oahu 🌺 | A Hidden Gem Cactus Garden in the City 🌵
A while back, my family and I took our little doggy to Oahu, Hawaii, for a week of play, food, and photos. After a few weeks of sorting through the pictures, I’m finally ready to share! Today, I’m sharing a lesser-known 🆓 photo spot, a desert 🏜️ cactus garden. It’s located within a larger community in Honolulu, close to Wakiki, and it’s easily accessible by car without the need for hiking and no entrance fee. 📍 Kapiʻolani Community College: Right next to the garden is a parking lot 🅿️, making it easy to park. The garden isn’t very big, and a visit takes about ten minutes. There are many varieties of cacti, and they’re quite lush. You’ll occasionally see chameleons changing colors on the plants, giving you the feeling of an oasis in the desert. It’s great for taking photos 📷. Just be careful to avoid getting pricked by the cacti (and to protect the plants). We went for a shoot around 8 AM, the light was great, and there weren’t many people around. Next to it is a community college, which you can also visit. 👗: Lobbster 📷: Fujifilm XT-5 #Oahu #OahuTravel #OahuInstagramSpot #Hawaii #HawaiiTravel #HawaiiTourism #OahuTravelGuide #HawaiiPhotography
