Hawaii Sandbar Adventure: Close Encounter with Sea Turtles π’
Captain Bruce's Sandbar tour was an amazing experience! π 7:45 AM pickup from Waikiki, we boarded the boat around 9 AM, and returned to Waikiki at 1 PM. The entire tour was super relaxing and not tiring at all. π π The Sandbar tour includes about 1 hour of snorkeling + 1 hour of paddleboarding. The white sand beach is shallow, reaching only to the waist. We followed the captain to the snorkeling area. Today, we were extremely lucky! A sea turtle was just 10 cm in front of us. We even captured it swimming to the coral, turning back, and surfacing to breathe! There were so many beautiful schools of fish. π The boat provided snorkeling masksπ€Ώ, and you can also bring your own water shoes to protect against stepping on coral. π Each person was given a paddleboard to explore freely.
