One of my **favorite meals** in Hawaii! Located in the **Halekulani Hotel**, this French-Japanese gem dazzles with its elegant ambiance. 🏨💫 Booked it on a whim (loved the name!) and was **pleasantly surprised**! Though we missed sunset (dined after dark 🌙), the **oceanfront views** must be magical at golden hour! They offer **tasting menus**: 5-course, 7-course, or vegan. We chose the **7-course ($295pp)** menu: 🍽️ **1st Course**: Foie gras with whiskey & banana chips (creative but strong alcohol kick!) 🍽️ **Scallop** with butter sauce = **divine**! 🍽️ **Lobster** - one of the **best dishes**! 🍽️ **Main**: Steak with black truffle & foie gras (how could it not be amazing?!). Sides: truffle mashed potatoes + fried potato balls = 🤤 🍽️ **Cheese Cart**: 4 varieties 🧀 🍽️ **Pre-Dessert**: Adorable canelé-shaped treat! 🍽️ **Dessert**: Rich chocolate (or soufflé - both stellar!). **Final Verdict:** Innovative, **Hawaii-inspired dishes** with stunning plating.
