Hawkins Is Real!

As the fifth season of Stranger Things is now streaming on Netflix, are you all binge-watching and eagerly discussing the plot? Rewind to the summer of 2024, when I visited Jackson, Georgia, and joined the "Stranger Tour"—instantly transported back into the world of Stranger Things! This small town served as the real-life filming location for many scenes from the earlier seasons of the show. Walking through its streets, I felt as if I might step into Hawkins or the "Upside Down" at any moment. 🚲 The real-life Hawkins Library was just as quiet and peaceful as imagined 💚 I actually saw the glass tubes filled with glowing green liquid 🍕 And of course, the all-too-familiar Surfer Boy Pizza van 🏙️ Every street and every weathered sign in the town stirred up waves of nostalgia It turns out that the shows we’ve followed, the characters we’ve loved, and the summers that stayed with us can one day be gently caught by "reality" in such a way. And here, all those memories are preserved in full ✨ If you're also a fan of Stranger Things, Jackson is truly worth a visit. I promise you’ll be hit with a flood of memories, just like I was 💛 P.S.
