Healed by the Adorable Shops in East London 🪿

When visiting London, compared to the bustling city center, East London has a much more laid-back and serene atmosphere. Each neighborhood has its own unique style, and there are loads of charming shops to explore. 🥹 On the first day, I visited the highly popular Jolene Bakery. It was crowded, but the food was just average—I felt like I could find better options just by walking into any random shop on the street. However, the Newington area, where the main store is located, is incredibly picturesque. There are plenty of cafes, and it’s a very comfortable place to take a leisurely stroll. 😌 The Museum of Home is highly recommended. It’s all about the evolution of homes, interior design, and living habits. The free exhibition is very well-curated, and the building itself is beautiful, featuring a stunning corridor. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to both Shoreditch and Brick Lane. 🏠 On Hackney Road, I was randomly drawn in by the smell of delicious food and ended up trying an amazing sandwich. It turned out to be a local favorite, kind of like an upgraded version of a Vietnamese sandwich. This road also has lots of interesting art shops to explore. 🥪 **Jolene Bakery & Restaurant (Main Store)** ⏰: 8am-10pm 📍: 21 Newington Grn, Mayville Estate, London N16 9PU **Museum of Home** ⏰: 10am-5pm (closed on Mondays) 📍: 136 Kingsland Rd, London E2 8EA **Dom’s Subs** ⏰: 10am-4pm (opens at 12pm on weekends) 📍: 262 Hackney Rd, London E2 7SQ **Waste Store (Art Shop)** ⏰: 12pm-7pm 📍: 270 Hackney Rd, London E2 7SJ #UK #London #LondonEats #EastLondon #LondonTravel #LondonTravelTips #OOTD #Travel #Fashion #Vintage #VintageStyle
